We recently hired the Rican Redneck to cater an event at our company for a special Puerto Rico celebration! They had great reviews, their pricing was very reasonable so we went for it. The food was a hit! They delivered on time on 2 different days and 2 locations the first day! Nandy is a pleasure to work with; very nice and extremely professional. We’ve had the absolute pleasure of enjoying The Rican Redneck’s delicious Puerto Rican food at several family events, and it never disappoints! My family used the Rican Redneck for catering several times, with just recently for a wedding and we have never been disappointed! The food is always authentic, prepared fresh & delivered hot. The standout dishes to me is the pernil, empanadas, arroz con gandules & the chicken which took me by surprise! That chicken was incredible & seasoned like nothing I've had before! They are professional & operate in excellence, I highly recommend this business!
We have used The Rican Redneck's catering for several family and church events and they have excelled every single time. It's not easy to cater for old school Puerto Ricans who know the authentic, traditional flavors of our food, so believe me when I say their food is absolutely amazing!
