They don't allow returns. I purchased some ribbon and the sizes were almost hidden. I couldn't see them when ordering. I thought I was getting 2 inch ribbon but I instead received thin ribbons I can't use. They won't even give store credit. Their policy needs to be listed on all pages including the checkout page. I wouldn't have purchased if I had known all sales were final. Very poorly constructed web site and hidden sales policies. Buyer beware.
I've only ever ordered online from them, but the ribbon comes quickly and is always high quality. They never short on yardage either - I usually have about 6 inches extra.
Such a treat to work with! There was a little confusion with my order, and they went through great lengths to make sure I got what I needed. Whenever I start a new craft I will go to them very first!
How often can you call a company and the owner answers the phone, spends as much time as you need answering your questions and giving any advice he can offer your business? Everyone I've encountered at TRR over the past year and a half has provided me with excellent and speedy customer service. I wish I could give The Ribbon Retreat SIX STARS.
