It's no longer the Rib Shack. I'm from out of state and always stop in for 1/2 a chicken and misery slaw. They no longer have the misery slaw. The chicken was very good, the sides are just average. So if you want the old Rib Shack sides, you ain't getting it!
Rib Shack was definitely the place to eat. The owner decided to retire due to a bad hip. It has now become a restaurant location of Buh's BBQ, with much of the same staff, and new recipes. Just as good, if not better. Try Buh's pulled pork.
Rib Shack is now closed - re-Opened 9-12-2022 as Buh’s BBQ same at US-87 food truck.
The food was Heavenly! The ribs were awesome (hence the name) the servers were great, and the atmosphere is excellent. The sides are good. They have a lot of different food options. The drinks were also good.
Was very disappointed with our experience today. Went in for lunch at 12:30 they were out of everything I ordered. Then had to pay almost $7.00 for our 2 cokes...
