I tried to schedule an appointment and was not allowed to because they stated I needed a referral. I have insurance and usually no referrals are required. I did not need referrals for neurosurgery but for this group I need a referral! And no one at the office returns calls. Or acknowledges receipt of paperwork.Really disappointing. Not very professional.
Practice seems good, Dr. Fraser is great. I only wish after 4 calls a staff person would return my calls.
The care at this office is amazing! The nursing staff are kind and make you feel very comfortable! The office staff from the appointment desk to the billing department are very helpful and have a lot of patience while you ask questions! Dr. Fraser is very caring and takes time to understand your needs and concerns. He is a wonderful doctor and I feel very blessed to have him as my Rheumatologist! The lab techs are very efficient and caring. I can't have enough kind things to say about this group! They are wonderful!
