Sold me junk pellets in Fall 2013. They were extremely poor quality and my stove needed tobe rehabbed. Called within 3 days of using them for an explanation and was completely ignored.
The stove I have purchased here has saved me a lot of money. We needed maintenance service once (turned out to just be something we overlooked) and the service man was friendly, efficient and honest. He pointed out what we overlooked and didn't charge us for the visit. We also received great advice from our contact at the store when purchasing the stove itself.
