Absolutely great place
My strength has improved over 6 months doing gym and gentle aqua 3 times a week. I can do exercises in the water that would be impossible for me to do on land! The Aqua Mermaids are a friendly group of women who get great benefit from this regular form of exercise which is so important as we age.
