Lisa made the whole process very quick and easy. She came to my house at my convenience. She walked me through each of the documents that I need to sign. She was also present at the closing in case there were any additional issues I had. All in all I was very pleased with my experience with Lisa.
Well....first off, I'd like to say, if wasn't for Lisa, I wouldn't have gotten the reverse mortgage and I would be in a VERY BAD spot right now.
