Lisa made the whole process very quick and easy. She came to my house at my convenience. She walked me through each of the documents that I need to sign. She was also present at the closing in case there were any additional issues I had. All in all I was very pleased with my experience with Lisa.
Well....first off, I'd like to say, if wasn't for Lisa, I wouldn't have gotten the reverse mortgage and I would be in a VERY BAD spot right now. I used Kristen A. as the broker for my reverse mortgage and she did get me a good deal; however, I cannot recommend her. She came to my house with the application and while filling it out she was not able to answer some of my questions. As she was leaving, she mentioned no bare wood, referring to the appraisal which was next in the process, and the appraiser may have to get into the attic.
