Really enjoyed working with Retro Den in repair of a favorite lamp. Tom was super from start to finish. Super responsive. I wanted to use a non- standard shade and he re-designed to hardware to make it work with my lamp. And when finished, he came to my home to make sure everything fit as it should. Just can’t say enough good things about my experience. Definitely would recommend him.
I recently purchased a vintage Lily lamp off FB Marketplace and it seemed to be overheating. Had a very hot smell when it was on and I never ran it more than a few minutes for that reason. Brought it to Tim and he took great care of it. Checked the wiring and assured me everything was good, which set my mind at ease, and recommended and provided LED bulbs instead of halogen.
