Carey our new maintenance man was wonderful and very nice. I Put in three work order tickets and my issues were resolved the next day!! I have lived here for over a year and everyone in the front office is caring, professional and extremely helpful. It is a really nice place to call home...
I stayed at The Retreat after my Liver Transplant. It was provided through the Nicholas Foundation. It was such a blessing. The management team of Brook and Trish was awesome. They went out of there way to make sure you were comfortable and had everything you needed upon getting your apt. We have lived at the Retreat for 1 year. The amenities here are fantastic. From the enclosed pool area to the well maintained landscaping, the many scheduled activities & the planned outings. The Retreat is centrally located for your shopping needs. But best of all are the staff and the residents. Everyone has made us feel right-at-home and they make you feel like family. The staff makes every attempt to address your needs and concerns. We highly recommend the Retreat Senior Living Center in Grand Prairie, Texas.
