I used to love this salon, but unfortunately my recent experiences have completely changed my opinion. I had been seeing a stylist regularly at The Retreat and trusted her with my color for a long time. I decided to make a big change from brown to red, and only at the end of that appointment was I told she would no longer be working at the salon.
