CAUTION if you are considering booking an appointment at The Retreat Fort Sask. I booked an appointment a month in advance as I have a special event to attend. I received a confirmation two days before the appointment as well as the morning of the appointment. I drove from out of town to attend this appointment. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told by the front desk that the lady I booked with no longer works there and there was no one that could provide the service today. My best experience ever getting my hair done. I just finished my appointment with Emily. She was AMAZING. So friendly, so kind, great recommendations for my hair. She really knows what she’s doing and she has a great passion for it. I am in love with everything she did to my hair. It looks so healthy and so beautiful. So glad I found her! She’s now stuck with me!

Left the hair color in for over 3 hours, fried my hair right to the scalp & charged a huge amount for it. Never trusting that place again!

Kayla was amazing! She really listened to what I wanted and helped me figure out the best style and color. Super professional and easy to talk to—and honestly, the best cut and color I’ve had. The salon was really nice too, with lots of products and friendly staff. Highly recommend seeing her if you’re looking for a great hairstylist in town!
