One of the BEST studios I have ever attended. All of the instructors were top-notch. I lost a pant size in 6 weeks even though I didn't watch my calorie intake. They will challenge you to do your best. Loved it!!!
Amy Allwelt did an amazing job correcting a horrifying ombre/Baylayage I had. Thanks Amy! You are a life saver! I won't be going anywhere else! The salon is fantastic and so are all of the other girls! Best experience I've had in years.
I walk out of these classes feeling sexy with a never before confidence in my body strength! I highly recommend any intensity hour...and the teachers are top notch. :)
Every teacher is pretty much my favorite. I love everything about this studio. They have made me fall in love with working out. So much more then "just yoga."
