My daughter, really wanted laser hair removal but being 18 she was nervous and a little embarrassed, well she didn’t need to be. Kate gave a fantastic, knowledgeable explanation of what to expect, how the treatment works etc. from the first instance we both felt relaxed a reassured about the process. My daughter has just had her first session and is over the moon, she feels totally comfortable in Kate’s presence and is looking forward to her next session and seeing the end results.
