Serenity. Community. Luxury. Affordability. Tiny? It’s not often that all of these are packaged neatly together. In 2018, we set out to create the first tiny home community of its kind in Tennessee; potentially even the United States. The Retreat at Deer Lick Falls. When we started, we had big dreams and optimistic goals. We wanted to build a community of tiny living, without sacrificing luxury or seclusion.

Our site-built lake house (Aurora 2/2) was recently completed, and we are really happy with it. The construction process went smoothly, from the initial selections process to final construction details, and any issues or questions that arose were promptly addressed. The Retreat Construction team was helpful, professional, and communicative. We’ve been loving our new getaway at the Retreat at Water’s Edge!
Chris Harper, real estate professional, showed me a variety of tiny homes in 2 of the developments and I was very impressed with the forethought, planning and execution exhibited by the builder/developer and Chris's presentation of this "little bit of heaven" in the Tennessee mountains!
This is a great company to do work with. The project managers are amazing and very responsive.
