We have lived at The Retreat at Windermere for 4 years. This is a great place to live for families or singles. There is so much to do at The Retreat and in the neighborhood. We love our apt especially the big windows and the kitchen. The Mgmt staff has always been great to us and our requests for maintenance have been responded to quickly. We know them by name; Juan, Orlando and Julio. Polite and professional is how we would describe them.
First the pros: Great neighborhood and location however traffic in just the 14 months I was there is getting heavy and the new high school isn't opened yet. Apartment layout and finishes are great. Gym is rarely used and for the most part well kept. Grounds are well keep and pretty. Cons: Well for starters rent will go up when you renew the lease which is common(mine was $80 increase if I renewed) And they are adding a 10 a month fee now for amenities.
