I gave a 5 star rating because over all we love living here! Of course everything isn't perfect but where is it? There's access to management for questions or problems and everybody has been very friendly and helpful.
We couldn’t be happier with my grandma‘s recent move to the Retreat South haven Farms.. special thank you to Mandy for being so helpful and kind she really is the best to work with! Retreat is a beautiful place and my sweet grandma has already made friends!

My Grandma lives here, and ever since she has been here the staff, especially Kaden, the new manager have done an incredible job of creating a welcoming warm environment with professional attitudes!
Where do I even start… my mom and dad just moved into the retreat at South Haven, and our experience has been beyond excellent. From the most informative professional tour that was conducted by their leasing agent Natalie, to the most attentive and fast customer service and support offered by their manager Mandy, their team made my parents move in fast and stress free and I couldn’t be more than grateful for all their help.
