Pros…my apartment was in building B, I lived there from July 2023 until Nov 2024. The apt is roomy and spacious and well insulated cutting down on heating bills. There are marble countertops in the kitchen and bathroom. It feels like a hotel with each building having an elevator, exercise room, game room and theatre. It’s pet friendly. The area is beautiful with mountains, fresh air, horses and friendly people. There is a mini-mart inside the clubhouse. Nice pool with chairlift for disabled or elderly. We have extended family who live here. It is an awesome 55+ community! It’s clean and the people are friendly and decorate their doorways. The family room, playground, dog park, garden planters, etc. are awesome! I feel like they’ve thought of everything. They have two bedroom and three bedroom apartments available (not sure if they have bigger units?) but it has definitely been a fit!
