I have lived at Retreat at Southhaven Farms Bldg A for 3 years. It is a really beautiful complex and area. I love living in Payson. I have lived in a two bedroom on the 3rd floor and now a 3 bedroom on the 1st floor. Both are really beautiful. The utilities are very low, especially on the 1st floor. There are also so many amenities! The people are all so friendly. The office was wonderful when I needed to move to the 1st floor! They keep up the property very well.
