The area felt very safe and there were a bunch of amenities to choose from. The community feels very welcoming after being informed of all the social events the property tries to host monthly and inviting food trucks for people to mingle even more. The open ping pong table in the pool deck was a nice touch to the property. The staff, specifically Audrey, was helpful during the whole touring process, and her welcoming energy became a huge selling factor for us to choose this property.
So far I am really loving my experience at the Retreat at Sedgefield. The apartments are spacious and have lots of storage space. The appliances are new and the amenities are so nice. The pool is gorgeous and is open most of the day. There’s even a clubhouse with ping pong, foosball, and a pool table. I find the staff friendly, polite and professional. They are prompt in getting requests fulfilled...even when they are super busy. The staff includes both the front office and the maintenance crew. Plus, maintenace staff respond to requests quickly.
The apartments and grounds are beautiful and are well-maintained. Management is attentive and responsive, and any issues that arise are handled quickly. The complex and area feels safe, and is close to grocery stores, restaurants and other necessities.
