Gabriel was very accommodating on getting us set up in our new home. Very easy to work with and straightforward on what was needed. Very excited to move in!
We have been extremely happy with our decision to move in here. The neighborhood is quiet but friendly. The staff at Honey Creek are helpful, prompt in responding, and have assisted us with any issues that have come up. I would highly recommend renting one of these homes.
We just moved about a week ago, and it's been great so far. The place is clean, the front yard is always well-maintained, quiet, and the whole community feels really welcoming. The move-in process was easier thanks to Gabriel. We really appreciate his help. He was super helpful throughout the process and answered every question we had. We have already recommended the place to a friend who is moving soon, and they also loved it. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a great place to live!

If I could give them a 0 I would. I applied to this company on March 27 and was denied. Which is totally fine. As of today, May 14, I still have not received my $175 refund. The lack of communication has been extremely disappointing. Initially, Makeyla was helpful, but for the past three weeks she has ignored my calls regarding the refund. I was later told by the property manager—or whoever he may be—that he had misfiled the paperwork and I would need to wait even longer.
