We purchased a “quick move in” home that was already built. The quality of the construction is phenomenal, and our experience with Pulte staff—from our first visit through closing—was excellent. I can’t imagine choosing another builder in Northeast Ohio. On our one-year anniversary here, I am editing my review to add a note about our Customer Care Manager, Caleb Holbrook. He has done a great job since he joined Pulte.
My experience with the Pulte team was fantastic. I utilized all Pulte services and everything was professional and very well communicated. Most importantly, the house really does feel like it was well built and that it will pass the test of time(props to my construction manager Nick). Looking forward to breaking the house in and hopefully getting everything that crops up taken care of at the 1-year warranty review mark. Choose Pulte with confidence!
