My family and I are very happy with our home. The quality is outstanding, and the customer care has been just as impressive. The team was thorough and reassuring throughout the build, and any post-build issues were handled quickly and professionally. Caleb was especially helpful—always responsive, quick to follow through, and great about checking in to make sure everything was taken care of. Overall, a great experience with Pulte. Highly recommend!
We had been in contact via email with an employee named WENDY DOYLE. While we were on the road, we intended to call her to request an appointment for the same day to view the property. During our first call, she answered briefly and then hung up after a couple of seconds. Assuming it was accidental, we called again and left a voicemail. I would like to say that there is a great mix of wonderful people in this community. The community park and walking paths are fantastic. I would suggest as I would anywhere, prior to buying a home or prior to signing for a new build by Pulte, make sure that you get a home inspection completed by a highly rated home inspector. Protect yourself with a better piece of mind.
Caleb Holbrook has been outstanding with follow through on any of our service requests as well as our 1 year walk through. Today is actually our one year anniversary and we already have everything scheduled to be completed by December 22 which again I think is his good communication skills, organization, skills, and all around knowledge and personality. We purchased a “quick move in” home that was already built. The quality of the construction is phenomenal, and our experience with Pulte staff—from our first visit through closing—was excellent. I can’t imagine choosing another builder in Northeast Ohio. On our one-year anniversary here, I am editing my review to add a note about our Customer Care Manager, Caleb Holbrook. He has done a great job since he joined Pulte.
