We purchased a “quick move in” home that was already built. The quality of the construction is phenomenal, and our experience with Pulte staff—from our first visit through closing—was excellent. I can’t imagine choosing another builder in Northeast Ohio.
Wendy was extremely knowledgeable and supportive throughout the entire process. Nick was an excellent construction manager. He and Wendy made the process a plessure.
Worked with Wendy with Sales and Nick with all construction. Awesome team. Just moved in last week and Nick has been great in taking care of the minor tweaks that always pop up after you move in. Love the neighborhood.
