Extremely inconsistent!!!!! I have been being told every week that the person I initially started off working with was away from the office. Nobody else seemed to be able to assist me……..and everyone is confused and on different pages. There have been days where I’ve tried calling at different times through the day and still did not receive a response. This has been an extremely drawn out and stressful experience. Best place to call home!! Jaelyn and Ashton’s customer service is OUTSTANDING! They are very professional, kind and patient!! I highly recommend you to make this your new home….the community is BEAUTIFUL!!
The Property Management team was a pleasure to work with throughout construction and the turnover process. They were very professional and timely with communication, and diligent in getting the best possible product for their residents. I am so impressed with everything about this community, most importantly the management and staff. They are kind, responsive, knowlegeable, helpful, hardworking, and committed to highest quality standards. The grounds are impeccably maintained and the buildings are well constructed and maintained. The lcoation is close to shopping and transportation. I highly recommend the Retreat for your next apartment home.
Staff is highly unprofessional, they don’t care how they treat or talk to people. I’ll move elsewhere!!!
