Dr.Blinder dnt seem to comprehend that my mom cnt hear anything he is saying. He’s been told this since her first app. about a yr ago. She goes every 8/10 weeks. She reads lips to understand. We have to tell him this at every app ( multiple times) You have to be patient with her. Yes he wears a mask (maybe get a clear face shield, stand at a distance & pull it down to explain 🤷‍♀️) so therefore she dnt know what he is saying so she has to look at me to relay to her what’s going on & to understand … he got an attitude becuz ... read more

I developed a whole in the macular. My vision was so distorted. I couldn’t see much out of it. I went to Dr Smith was told I needed surgery. I was very afraid. He took excellent care of me now five weeks later I am almost fully recovered the vision in that eye.. The surgery was frightening to me in the face down recovery, but there was no pain and though the recovery was not easy, it is possible every 50 minutes I could get up for 10 I set a timer that really helped me get through that week after that I didn’t have to be fac... read more

The message got lost here. I appreciate the response but that should have been explained long before surgery was scheduled, not the day before. The issue is lack of communication. From one appointment to the next, I didn't know what was happening or what questions to ask. The patient portal is important, and this one has been down for almost a year. FIX THE PORTAL.

waiting for awhile to see Dr. some people wasn't very friendly call back a week back to get some questions answered but still waiting
