everyone is very courteous but every time I come here its 1.5 to 2 hours before you get to see the doctor. . expect waiting , waiting and more waiting.
The Retina Group has been helping me with my diabetic macular edema for years now. Most recently, one of their employees, Cheryl Parker, was able to help me in a very monumental way. My insurance had recently denied me a medication I desperately needed. Cheryl as able to get the insurance company to help me with a better medication called Eylea, as well as co-pay assistance. All levels of staff were receptive/welcoming. The process to evaluate, diagnose and treat my eye issue was timely and effective. Follow up was coordinated to be thorough and convenient . Dr. Akhtar was professional in the office and surgery suite.
My Doctor could not speak English and none of my questions including whether my retinal displacement had improved. I am going to have to request and hopefully my optometrist can help answer some of my questions
Dr. Hunt is amazing. Highly recommend for any retina issues.
