Poor communication from front desk staff, spent hours trying to get an appointment for my child only to be told hours later they don't see that diagnosis.
Dr. Suan is a great eye Dr and I love his sense of humor, kindness and willingness to answer all questions to the best of his knowledge. He has a wonderful smile and a calming presence. He and his staff make a super practice!
Everyone in the office are so pleasant and helpful. They make what could be a scary experience calming. Would definitely recommend the Hanover office.
