Is the worst company Ever. Their customer service is SO rude. After calling many many times they will NOT help me. For no absolute reason.
I wish I could give negative stars, this company sucks! and its sad that old navy is using them to screw over loyal customers. it used to be a pleasure dealing with old navy when a package went missing which happens alot because they use a shitty delivery service called OnTrac/LaserShip that steals your packages and delivers to the wrong address, then your claim is denied by this shitty company retail equation and your left with no recourse and out the money you spent. how is that fair??? all I wanted was my items and couldn... read more
How do you rate this company lower than 1 star?! The companies using this company are ruining their brand and reputation. In my case, Home Depot. Take a page out of a customer service handbook and stop giving these people working for The Retail Equation a job.
had a very frustrating experience with The Retail Equation. I submitted a claim and never received any email or notification about the result. I even called multiple times to follow up, but no one informed me that my claim had been approved. Weeks later, when I called again, I was told the claim had already been approved—but by then the return window had expired. Now I’m being asked to resubmit or escalate the claim again, which is completely unfair since the delay was due to their lack of communication. This process is poor... read more
