This company is heinous. I have shopped at banana republic for nearly 20 yrs and was either luxe status or icon, bought almost my entire work wardrobe here over the last 2 decades, spent tons of money and rarely any returns and always with a receipt. I ordered a skirt and NEVER received it. This is an objectively discernible fact because the banana republic website clearly shows it is awaiting pickup from carrier as in never shipped to me at all. Was declined to return items to TJ Maxx with no consumer data or explanation as to why. Searched my account via the retail equation website and my account shows that I’ve only had 1 return in the year of 2025. The report also shows received my warning and denial on the same exact day!
