So grateful for Matt and his meals! He has both surprised us based on our likes and allergies and I have sent recipes for him to prepare. Both are great! I recommend Matt for anyone that’s busy and has kids that need healthy meals on the go or for a sit down dinner.

Matt skillfully prepares delicious meals that meet all our dietary requests. He even adds in extra sides and enough for leftovers. They reheat easily and allow us to have nutritious meals that are much tastier than what we’d take the time to make. He’s also a pleasure to have in the kitchen. And he does all the clean-up! We highly recommend him

Working with Matt is excellent... eating his food is even better! I have been using Matt's services off and on for nearly 3 years (we have lived away from Lawrence for part of the time). I have some health issues that demand specific dietary requirements (low carb & mostly vegan), and Matt has been very accommodating.
