The work, if that’s what you call it, was haphazardly done. Subcontracted, insurance job -total scam - did not fulfill contracted work. Dragged project out for weeks, showing up one day then no call no show. Brought scaffolding way too short for tall walls/ceilings. Then left scaffold on porch for 2 weeks. Sent a novice painter to complete repair and paint work. The ceiling repair was far out of her skill level. Instead of replacing wall damage, boarder in one room- painted over black mold, did not replace drywall or border.... read more
If you’re reading bad reviews for this company they are more than true! I’m currently trying to get a refund from them not for filling their obligation to doing the work they advertised! The only good thing was that they were on time and flexible with their schedule! The work looks like 3 blind mice did it! How they get to remain on a referral list is crazy! If they don’t respond to the refund request with contractor connections I will file a lawsuit along with damages for mental anguish because it should not be this difficu... read more
They were referred by State farm and we are so sorry we got them. It took them 18 months, for a 6 month job, to do a poor job of restoration on our water damaged home. When our insurance agent came to see what was done he recommended they be removed from State farms list. 12 things were left undone when they said they were all done.
Edit: Since I originally made this review, the contractor and I have come to an agreement on payment for what work was completed and I have received a refund check. It does not change what happened, but at least we were able to negotiate a parting of the ways that I found fair and will let me seek someone of my choosing to do the work that Restoration Referee couldn't or wouldn't.
