The experience of quick water removal, mold removal, was easy! We were not expecting a “indoor flood”! Allstate set them up, they were quick, respectful of our property, and came back several times until everything was dried out. The responses were quick when we had questions, the staff was polite, and we were able to leave our young adult daughter there, to let them in and oversee, without problems. Great company, great staff!
There was an accident at my friends/neighbors' house while they were away. This company was hired by the insurance company and have been doing as best of a job as they can without having the owners onsite. Everybody that I have met is nice and seems to care about what they are doing. I have been letting them in and out each day and it's crazy to see the progress.
