Extremely disgusted with the lack of communication. I terminated their services after just 12 days of the initial damage assessment and moved on to another restoration service.

I contacted The Restoration Experts after having storm damage to my home. Jeremy made a stressful process so much easier. His kindness, professionalism and prompt communication is outstanding. Jeremy and Brian did a great job repairing the inside of my house, roof and siding. I highly recommend them!

We are so grateful the Jeremy and his team were able to respond so quickly. We were able catch the water damage early which really helped keep the claim cost down. They were professional and efficient. Communication was consistent. We especially loved that they not only remediated but they also completed the repairs!!! Thank you for getting our basement back to beautiful again!!!

We're so happy with the concern, care and professional service we received from Jeremy and crew. What started as a terrible situation turned into a great resolution! Expectations exceeded!

We are very pleased with the service! Jeremy came within 24 hours of calling him to inspect the damage. 4 days later he was there to do the cleanup. Very thorough with the restoration and careful bringing equipment in and out. We whole heartily recommend Restoration Experts and have told all of our friends who have been impacted by the floods. by Mike and Karen
