We are very pleased with the service! Jeremy came within 24 hours of calling him to inspect the damage. 4 days later he was there to do the cleanup. Very thorough with the restoration and careful bringing equipment in and out. Jeremy did a great job! Our dishwasher leaked water under our kitchen flooring and into the basement. We called late on a Thursday night. He stopped at the house about a half hour later. Checked it over. Told us what we should do that night. He was there the next morning. Set up his equipment, assessed the damage and worked with our insurance adjuster. On a Sunday, I discovered my newly renovated basement flooded by an exploded water heater. One call and Jeremy and his team were there within an hour. They started immediately, removing my furniture to the carport, then mopping the water up and setting up dehumidifiers. On Monday a Pod arrived and my furniture was efficiently packed in.
