Jeremy was great from start to finish in remediating substantial damage to our lake house first floor and basement as a result of a burst water pipe that went undetected for some time. He was very helpful in coordinating with insurance and others as needed. At every point in the process he kept us informed, sending pictures and describing what had been done and what was coming next. When a basement pipe burst on a Saturday afternoon, we called Jeremy and he arrived on site in a few minutes. After assessing the damage and developing a restoration plan, he quickly resolved the initial problem and began repairing the damage. Within a short amount of time, our room was restored to its original condition. We are highly pleased with the work of The Restoration Experts.

A water leak which caused significant damage to a bathroom in my mom’s home necessitated bathtub, flooring, and wall repair/replacement.
