Last week when temperatures dropped to the 30s and the heat still wasn't activated, my pipes in the basement froze and burst over night. It was very unfortunate because I didn't realize until the Basement was covered about 5 feet high. I immediately called my son frantically and he called water Restoration Doctor for me. This is an amazing mold company! Dave went above and beyond to test my home for mold (he even had someone come over and test my bed for no extra fee when I was worried about mold damage) and the customer service of the people working at the desk was amazing as well :) couldn't recommend more!
