We bought a deep fryer from here and immediately upon installation it did not work. We called to try and exchange it explaining that it did not work and they told us they do not do returns or exchanges!! They told us we had to call the help numbers, once we called THREE different help numbers we were told that a service tech would be out when we asked when we were told when they have a date we will get a date.
Absolutely friendly and helpful staff. As special thanks to Jon and Tom for the quick and easy delivery of our new 10 burner Range. You will find NO better service and more helpful staff anywhere!
I love the way that you all are always patient and willing to help.
