High quality mattresses and bedding. The manager, Saleem Syed, was knowledgeable, patient, and very helpful.
Ahmed provided very friendly and helpful service during our visit at The Rest Yorkdale. He helped us find the perfect mattress for our needs. The Rest is lucky to have him, he is awesome!
We purchased new pillows from the Rest (a Luxury Store - part of Sleep Country Canada) and we were very impressed by Gin (our salesperson) with the service provided and as well with his experience & knowledge in recommending suitable options for side sleepers. If you're looking for a replacement pillow to help with those sleepless nights, I would recommended that you pay Gin a visit.
Disappointed with “The Rest” - Not Worth the Investment I recently purchased a king-size mattress from “The Rest,” spending over $7,000, expecting a premium experience. Unfortunately, I was left disappointed. For such a significant investment, the only “gift” they provided was a single bathrobe. Seriously? A king-size mattress is meant for two people, not one, so why would they give just one robe? Great store! However the lady working seemed to be uninformed and when I asked something, she decided to state that she has been doing it for 10 years, yet my questions about the duvet remained unanswered.
