Absolutely Disgusting! Been chasing my brothers appointment for 1 whole year and my emails get ignored. Nhs is down the toilet and these people don't care at all. It's all about money
Absolutely useless. Been under their ‘care’ for 5 years and within those years I have been passed around different people, never really getting anywhere or receiving adequate support. Denied psychotherapy or any other services to help with my mental health. Never really felt that my concerns were ever listened to. You’d expect more compassion, understanding and uplifting. A tragic place to end up; the "psychiatrist" on this team does not even know his terminology, disturbs the patient when they are trying to speak, is rude and condescending towards you. I hope that this service shuts down because it is not fit for purpose, especially helping the mentally distressed. If it wasn't for my support network I would not be here because of THIS service. It's ridiculous. It's rubbish. 1 star is being too generous.
