I was a patient there in 2006 I missed 2 appointments. One I forgot about and the other my boss at my first job would not let me leave for.( I was working 3 jobs) I spoke to the receptionist about my problem and she told me she would talk to the office Manager, and then she came back and said I was no longer eligible for services through them and I had to go to the Dunkirk office.
