This is a front for a scamming outfit. I have been harassed for years by them and despite repeatedly asking to be taken off their phone list they say they can't because I have accumulated points to use. They use different phone numbers every time so even if you block them they still manage to contact you . If you confront them the woman just puts the phone down. I am sick and tired of this resort club calling me 16 years this has been going on, God knows how many times I've blocked numbers, if I haven't bought in the last 16 years I ain't gonna do now Stop this calling
If I could do negative stars I would. I wish I had seen this before they got me. The lady called about the member deal and Iv said no in the past as it seemed too good to be true. I paid the membership but they didn’t tell me you have to apply for the deals. It’s not like you search your dates and book. So the day after I asked for my refund and I will send the gift pack back. They said no problem. I returned the gift pack and was told I was approved for a refund. I called every day for two weeks chasing my money. Still no r... read more
WHAT AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE this company is to deal with regarding a refund. They hound you for years to join, then when you do but decide to cancel within the allowed time frame due to medical reasons they don't want to know you. We canceled in late February early March and after numerous phone calls and emails finally got our refund in late June. So please be careful with this company. They love to get your money but certainly don’t want to give it back. NEVER AGAIN
