Ive asked them atleast 8 times to take me off their call list and they just keep on calling.
They won't stop calling even when requested them to stop quite often each year over many years. I have now registered on the Qld government DO NOT CALL REGISTER, hopefully that makes a difference
Any oilier, they'd be stamped REJECTED BY JOHN WEST. These are seriously dodgy people, especially 'Barry', who called today with a spiel for my elderly mother, who he said "had been a customer of ours for years". That is, in very small part, correct; she was conned several years ago by this mob and hasn't seen a single dollar's worth of benefit since. AVOID!
Appalling service. Took money from my aged mother's credit card after she told them she'd like to think about renewing. Said they couldn't refund unless I sent their 'package' back (package was post-dated after I asked for a refund) - sent it back and they 'approved' a full refund. That was February 2025. Still not received the a refund (now Sept 25) despite 13 phone calls and 13 promises to sort it out. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.
Why has nobody started a class action against this company ?? I'm curious. How many people, who have had these terrible experiences, back me if I opened one. We all want our hard earned money back. The government need to look at Australian companies who are taking Australians for the hard earned money. I cannot believe this company is still operating
