Beautiful condo complex with fantastic amenities—unfortunately, everything falls apart the moment you deal with the HOA and their management company. In my opinion, the HOA at the resort of Tanamera demonstrates incompetence and an inability to fulfill their basic fiduciary duties to protect homeowners. Instead of responsibly managing our HOA dues, they seem to prefer wasting funds on legal fees for simple inquiries that the previous management handled efficiently. This mismanagement puts homeowners at significant risk, as we could be liable for special assessments to cover potential litigation. I have lived in Tanemera South Meadows going on two years, and I absolutely love it. It’s one of the most beautiful condo complexes in Reno. My location is very private and quiet. So many activities all the time. The pool is definitely a resort style pool. The amenities are amazing. Wonderful experience with my time here. So if you are thinking of renting or buying, make sure you take the time to include The Resort at Tanemera. I couldn’t be happier. Happy hunting.
