Great place to stay , friendly staff, lots to do
My room was disgusting! Soap and dirt still in the shower, busted shower wall, sharp chips on the sink/vanity area, floor was busted and cracked, no way I could have gone barefoot if I wanted to. I don’t even set my stuff down. Walked back out the door and to the front desk. They don’t seem to know of any of these said damages.
Our rooms were so clean and comfortable. We had a lot of fun at the pool and really enjoyed our dinner at the Encore! Great atmosphere.
