Good food and vibes. Quite peculiar Icelandic traditions. Camera skills are out of this world. Would recommend to a friend.
We are returning guests who have visited a couple properties by this management and The Resort is by far the most luxurious. The event planner outdoes himself every time with fabulous planning and parties. The chefs are on par with world-class competitive chefs. They are continuously improving amenities – on our last visit they added an impressive axe-throwing target and were making plans to open the pool for the season. The guests are always friendly and fun to dine and drink with. Truly a gem of the Poconos.
The Resort is a place full of fine dining, fantastic entertainment and a friendly atmosphere. The chef's cuisine is top notch. The botanist surely has a green thumb.
This was my first time visiting The Resort. Immediately upon my arrival I was given a tour of the three bar area options, stocked plentifully with many different liquors and mixes to accommodate all patrons. I was served a drink by the attending staff member of the day, then taken on a tour of the lovely outdoor facilities.
