The counselor was intense and no nonsense. She got right down to business. I was satisfied with her direct approach. The front office staff is why this group is recieving a one star review. They are difficult to deal with and have a poor billing process. They are inconsistent in how they apply their policies, with paperwork saying one thing and the front office staff saying something else on the phone. I asked for clarification on that matter and never received it. Customer service is not something they value.
By far one of the best treatment facilities for this speciality. The staff is very friendly, knowledgable and honest with you, they strive to do what they can to help with issues.
If I could give a zero star I would. Do not take your children here to get help. Their therapist are even quitting. There have serious lack of organization and communication. This is not a capable faculty to have our children treated for help in any way.
