Very clean space with no structural issues. The furniture in the common space is very comfortable, and most amenities are met. The host is kind and quick to respond to questions and concerns. The location is excellent, being in a safe and quiet location with great scenery on the porch. The only problem I ever had was with pipes freezing in the winter which was addressed and solved quickly, and should no longer be an issue. I stayed here for 3 years attending optometry school - Great location in Pikeville close to the schools and hospital, ran by a very accommodating family. Rooms are furnished and there is plenty of parking space.
