The windows are not insulated, so you will get a cold draft in the winter, run your HVAC constantly. There is additional storage lockers for a fee. Valet trash was cool to have. Amazon delivery boxes were nice. Location downtown is great to walk...but don't trip over the homeless (more of a city problem, not the apartments fault). I love living in the Residences at the Prince Charles............
The property and maintenance managers here are amazing. Communication is great, the building is well cared for, there are events to meet neighbors, and the baseball games and nearby restaurants provide a lot of local entertainment. This is a dependable housing option. My only negative was the train and traffic noise.
It looks totally unfinished. The outward appearance looks forgotten. Even Prince Charles would appreciate an upgrade.
