office managers Tammy and Gina are excellent very professional any problem I have they take care of it immediately also maintenance is very well they respond quickly and they clean app every time after they're done we need more people like Tammy and Gina and their maintenance team
I have lived in this community for a few years, and overall it has been a great place to call home. The location is excellent, the property is quiet, clean, and feels very safe, and the staff has always been wonderful. Gina and Tammy, in particular, have consistently been professional, helpful, and caring, and they are a big reason why living here has been such a positive experience. We enjoyed our experience at Steven’s Pond especially after Waterton took over the property. Tammy and Gina are amazing. It’s a great place to live. Unfortunately we’re moving due to family and work but would have loved to stay here.
I’m the current resident here. The team is awesome. I got a damaged refrigerator last last week, someone replaced it immediately within couple hours. The leasing office is super nice. Really enjoy living here.;)
