Amazing view, amazing security, and awesone neighborhood to be in. The building is close to almost everything you will need. 2-5 minutes from the bus stop. 5-8 minutes from the grocery store, drug mart, phone service, local bank, bubble tea shop, and so much more. The building also has a small gym with two people max-capacity (due to Covid regulations). The only cons are the amount of dust the building collects in a day or two, and the air-condition that auto adjusts to a different temperature from time to time...
One of the most beautiful condo buildings I've seen in Vancouver with a nice flow and variety. The inner courtyard is especially beautiful and vibrant.
Worst building I've ever seen constructed. Very rushed and poorly planned. Enjoy ubc!
