Travis who checked me in was very disrespectful. I informed him I was traveling with a service animal and he went on a rant on how people abuse the service animal policy. He went on to tell me that his sister is blind and has a service animal and that people take advantage of the service. He went on to say they had a guest claiming it was there service animal and the dog started barking and biting people. We booked a 2-bedroom villa for one night and had an incredible stay! Travis was kind and went above and beyond during the check-in process. The location is incredible and 7 hot tubs area available for use.
Top notch facility.
Beautiful rooms, & friendly service.
The staff is friendly and professional and there are so many outdoor activities. Awesome Place to vacation.
