While we have enjoyed traveling to various Hyatt destinations in the past, this particular timeshare is no longer cost-effective for us. The annual cost of approximately $4,500 is more than double that of our other timeshares. When we reached out to Hyatt Vacation Club to discuss terminating our ownership, we were told there are no options available. It is incredibly disappointing that there is no flexibility or pathway for owners. We need out of this now, and the lack of options is frustrating and unacceptable.
Took over an hr to check in, bc of front desk. I paid for my room, she stated I didn't. She made me call the customer service for where I booked the trip. Supervisor stated it is paid, and then had to call the hotel to make sure. Also the pillows looks comfortable, but the worst sleep bc of them. Train your staff correctly.
Travis who checked me in was very disrespectful. I informed him I was traveling with a service animal and he went on a rant on how people abuse the service animal policy. He went on to tell me that his sister is blind and has a service animal and that people take advantage of the service. He went on to say they had a guest claiming it was there service animal and the dog started barking and biting people.
