Great location for skiing, restaurants, and shopping on Main Street. Hot tubs, fitness room, and Ski valet are nice
Emma the bartender was extremely rude and unprofessional when it came to being a Hyatt bartender. She completely ignored me and said we were not fit to drink at her bar. Poor eitherquette and mannerism. I recommend the rooms but I do not recommend the bar if she is serving.
Simply stopped in to see if we were in the correct location, the woman up front was incredibly rude, seemed completely bothered by our presence, provided a short answer and cut us off to look elsewhere. Turns out our hotel was just next door, a name she had “never heard of..” certainly will not be looking at this location in the future.
Place is starting to show its age a bit but still incredible value with full service apartments that have washer/dryers, full gym, hot tubs, ski valet, spa, sauna, free parking and convenient location
