The system to buzz guest in has been down for months. It is very inconvenient when your tenants or elderly and can not physically come down to open the door. When you buzz the office and physically see someone in there, they ignore your call.
I've been attempting to get someone on the phone at all of their locations to inquire about availability and schedule a tour and have been unsuccessful. Leaving voicemails are useless as no one returns a call nor do they reply to the contact form that's on each location's website. There's a "Now Leasing" button on the IV & V pages yet no link to apply. Can someone please tell me how you're supposed to apply for available units?
I have not been able to get anyone on phone. Looking to rent for my Father. Anybody know how to get in touch with leasing office?
Love the place everyone work there are are so nice I be glad when I move in they,are very kind people.
