Cracked windows in 2 out of 3 "new" units their realtor showed us. Condensation in many hall windows, front parking lot roped off/inaccessible for "repairs", tiny stifling gym. Verdict: Looks nice on paper but grossly overpriced for shoddy construction.
Don’t be fooled by realtors, pushing units citing “other offers” units are over priced, slowly releasing inventory, no house car, small gym, “ they call it misquoto bay for a reason, condo owners not happy with prices paid as values will probably go down.
Beautiful apartments with stunning views. Building staff is extremely polite and treat residents like royalty. Gyms on multiple floors, pool, game room, play room and did I mention free EV chargers. Hidden gem.
These are not high quality condos as of the other reviewers have stated building has plumbing issues flooding issues. That’s why these units have stayed on the market as long as they have Wayover priced. Also, it is on mosquito bay. You will deal with lots of bugs and flooding issues Investigate before you purchase
