My family and I have lived here for nearly two years, and we’ve found a sense of peace on the water that we never quite had in our previous home. There’s also real peace of mind in the winter with not having to worry about shoveling or losing power thanks to the generator. Being close to Roslyn’s restaurant scene while still feeling tucked away, and having easy access to the Port Washington train line, creates an ideal balance between work and home life.
Great place to live! I get to look at the water from every inch of my unit and the sunsets are stunning. No mosquito issues here as someone mentioned. I feel like I am on vacation 24/7. The gyms are very fitting for the size of the building. There’s one for cardio and one for weights. Boutique style building, boutique style gyms.
