Great place to live! I get to look at the water from every inch of my unit and the sunsets are stunning. No mosquito issues here as someone mentioned. I feel like I am on vacation 24/7. The gyms are very fitting for the size of the building. There’s one for cardio and one for weights. Boutique style building, boutique style gyms.

Cracked windows in 2 out of 3 "new" units their realtor showed us. Condensation in many hall windows, front parking lot roped off/inaccessible for "repairs", tiny stifling gym. Verdict: Looks nice on paper but grossly overpriced for shoddy construction.
