On 12/29/09 my husband and myself went into this apartment complex to fill out apps for an apartment. At this time we had to place a $40.00 fee for said apps and a $50.00 deposit to hold the apartment pending the app outcome. Due to credit history beyond our control our app was denied. We were told that the $50.00 deposit that we placed at the time would be refunded to us.
