We’ve been living in this community for two and a half years, and it truly is a wonderful place to live. The apartments are modern, with impeccable finishes that really make a difference. The office and maintenance staff are always very friendly and efficient in their work, which makes everything much easier and more comfortable. The community itself is fantastic, with friendly neighbors and a very welcoming atmosphere; without a doubt, they are the best in the area. :)
I have been living at The Residences at Bluhawk for one year , and I am incredibly impressed with the management, especially Makala, our asset manager. Makala consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that all residents feel comfortable and well taken care of. This review is more about my experience with Makayla in the leasing office. She is really easy to work with, fun and so nice. She tries to be very accommodating. The property is a great place to live. The biggest perk is the area.
I lived here for a year and had a positive experience overall. All of the staff were very professional, helpful, and kind. I especially want to shout out the maintenance staff. Maintenance requests where addressed in a timely manner and the staff are hardworking and trustworthy. Some of the favorite things about The Residences at Bluhawk are the activities the office puts together and the proximity to a lot of stores, restaurants, and parks. I recommend the Overland Park Arboretum & Botanical Gardens if you enjoy nature.
I had the pleasure of living here for just over two years, and it exceeded all my expectations. The apartments are thoughtfully designed with modern finishes, spacious layouts, and an abundance of natural light that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere.
