We’ve lived here for about a year and have really loved it. The apartments are well-built and feel high quality, which you don’t always find. Management is always quick to respond and easy to work with, and maintenance has been great anytime we’ve needed something. Overall, it’s a wonderful property and definitely deserves five stars. If you’re looking for an apartment, this is a great place to live.

We love it here! We previously lived at another price brothers property for a couple years before moving here and we made the right choice to stay in the price brothers community. They have a lot of amazing event that they host for us and even bigger events hosted in the shopping area and at advent sports park right next to Bluhawk! Great place to live. But the maintenance people smoke all the time by the front buildings and fill it full of smoke. Also one of them take their kid out on the 4wheeler and golf cart after hours all the time. Other than that the place is amazing
