Ethan is well versed in local restaurants and has given several great recommendations. Ella is always smiling and ready to lend a helping hand. I recently visited this residential high-rise and left with serious concerns regarding both visitor safety and the building’s access control design. To begin with, gaining entry to the building was unnecessarily difficult. Security required multiple steps and approvals simply to allow a visitor inside. Our early ownership experience at 400 Central Avenue in St. Petersburg has been extremely disappointing and nowhere close to the “Luxury in the Sky” that was promised. After 3½ years of construction, we completed our walkthrough of our three-bedroom unit and found 26 issues — including dented or non-functioning appliances, a toilet installed nearly five inches from the wall, and numerous cosmetic problems with drywall and carpet.
