The lack of professionalism from your General Manager and the Engineer of the building Dino is unsettling. My concerns have been dismissed and swept under the rug. I work from my home and take calls at all hours of the night, the alarms going off in the building with no attention to them is very concerning. I also asked to speak with Red Apple who are the owners of the building and I was told “ go ahead and try to speak with them”, “ we run this building”. This place is so disappointing and this is coming from someone who was part of the construction process. The finishes are cheap, the condos are sterile and the cabinet and material finishes are embarrassing. Cheap carpets in the bedrooms on 1.5m+ condos is laughable. The amenities are minimal, the pool looks outdated, the so called observation deck looks like a low tier airport lounge. From the outside it’s quite the marvel but the guts are a joke. So many cut corners… This is a huge disappointment for DTSP
