Initially I loved the space but that's about it..In the 2 years of living there .My Air broke down constantly, there were leaks in the walls which caused a flood one a month for two years .After complaining constantly about the mold i Got newflooring only to have an electrical fire in the wall and lost everything. They did not relocate me nor did they compensate me for my things. They kicked to the curb and didn't even give me back my deposit...Worst plC ever to live and I'm from NEW YORK CITY ..SMH
WHEN I SAY THE WORSE PLACE THAT IVE EVERRRRRR LIVED ! please do NOT move here , the price seems ok for the amount of space that you have , but it’s not worth the headache . When I first moved here (2019) , I should have followed my gut instinct , they tried to give me a townhome that was already occupied , they NEVER answer the phone X my townhome has flooded 5 times , the plumbing is trash , the maintenance is rude and will argue you down , they don’t fix anything correctly , MANAGEMENT is a joke .. Worst apartment complex in Greensboro! How do you enforce a parking pass when the information is not handed out to all of the residents; yet you won't repair reported problems in an apartment for 6 months and counting now. Unless you are desperately in need of a place to live, you'd be better off ANYWHERE ELSE in the Triad. Rent at your own risk
I was looking to rent and after one rude phone call it is an immediate no. The lady that answered the phone tried to rush me off the phone and seemed as if she didn’t want to answer any questions. Pathetic and unprofessional.
