The management team at Whispering Hills truly helped make Pullman feel like home. Coming from out of town as a family with a toddler, we found the community to be very family-friendly: a spacious unit, a quiet part of town, a fenced dog park, and a small pond behind the complex that’s perfect for evening walks in the spring and fall. The units are well maintained, with regular upkeep and upgrades. I wanted to give a shout-out to Riley at Whispering Hills. In searching for a place to live in Pullman, Riley was the only person that I delt with that was quick to respond to my phone calls, provide helpful information, and was very accommodating. He provided amazing service! While we selected another location, Riley was still respectful and wished us well. Many property managers could learn a lot from Riley. I will happily direct people to Whispering Hills and ask for Riley.
Completely agree with the review from Mike A. here. If you’re considering living here, you should read the 58 page lease EXTREMELY well. God forbid if you’re a fallible human being who might accidentally turn your back and mistakenly miss picking up after your pet! They are ruthless in their fining on this, and I’m dumbfounded to believe that an unsuspecting college student with limited means might get blindsided by these expensive fees! Amazing lace to live great management and very affordable…
We are new to the area for work, and we had to move in a short amount of time. Riley was great help, and ensured us a great process that was hassle free. He took all the stress away from the busy time we had. Apartments are great, so is management and we love that we get a garage. Area is nice and quiet away from the Pullman ruckus.
