Caring, compassionate, energetic staff. My visits to my family member have always been unannounced. Each time there the facility, including brother-in-law's apartment, has been immaculate. My brother-in-law is content and happy, and his social and physical needs are obviously well tended to. Very reassuring to know that he's in a safe place and in competent hands. Can't say enough positive things about the facility.

My family had a visit today. As soon as we walked into the place you get a welcoming feeling. A personalized welcome greeting was the first thing I saw. The building itself is warm with a living room, and fireplace inviting you to stay a while. Debbie is fantastic! Over lunch Debbie took time to get to know my father and tell us about the place. I literally don't know what I would have done without The Residence. They stepped in and took such great care of my mother when I needed it most. I have nothing but good things to say about the facility, its staff, and its residents.
